What's included in your ticket price?

The conference fee includes attendance at all sessions, refreshments and lunch as well as the networking event the evening before .

You can also book by filling in a booking form and emailing it to our customer services team on events@housing.org.uk.

Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem

You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 28 days before the conference you will need to pay by card.

There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on Comms Event tickets.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be charged a £100 administration fee. The full fee is payable for any cancellation received 30 days before the event.
